Advent through Jackson Employment at CFC.
CFC Participates in a program with several social services agencies to help chronically
homeless, difficult to serve individuals and families to secure employment and become stable in housing. We have an outreach case
manager who visits sites frequented by these individuals and assists them in finding needed services.
